We had a Mexican food night at Cotixan’s with UCSDTKD after a freaking hard Friday practice and try-outs for our upcoming Irvine match, which produced some interesting results. Luckily, the girls’ team is pretty set, so none of us had to fight for our spots. I just have to make sure that I don’t get too out of control eating-wise until after Saturday, before I find myself in a suana suit desperately trying to lose that extra half-pound of ice cream belly.

My fajita burrito was a bit of a disappointment anyways, not exactly the fatty, grease-in-a-tortilla that I was craving all day. Just a ton of meat. But then again, as Jon would say, “What’s the point of putting something in your mouth if it doesn’t have meat in it??”

Another favorite quote of the night goes to Kristina Trinh: “I don’t even taste anything, I just keep on eating it!” What a champ haha.
