Ok, well, on top of TritonTV, and being on board for UCSDTKD, I also got a job at the Student Services Center as a “college ambassador,” which is basically a campus tour guide which I’ll be starting training for next week (so if anyone is thinking about going to UCSD, hit me up and I’ll be able to give you the OFFICIAL welcome). The article I’m writing (or supposed to be writing) is for The Guardian, which is the school newspaper that I’ll be a contributing writer for in the Focus section, hopefully soon to be promoted to staff once I pay my dues. I conducted my first interview over the phone today! I’ll post a link to my article as soon as it gets printed, because I’m SUPER excited for that =]]] That is, assuming I finish writing it. And I’m also taking my first set of ALL major-based upper-division courses, so that should be a pretty big change in workload. All things considered, I think I’ll have lots of time to blog =P
